Canada & US
Shipping within Canada and the US is free for orders over $100 USD. Orders under $100 USD will be charged $8 USD flat rate per order.
Orders are shipped through the following postal providers:
- Canada: Canada Post
- US: USPS
*Carrier backlog may impact shipping time; during such events, shipping time will match carrier time.
International
We are excited to offer shipping to our customers all over the world. International orders are shipping through the following postal providers:
- USPS International
- Asendia
International shipping rates are calculated based on where you are located.
Delivery times
Once you place your order, it takes 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched as we create the beaded straps in-house and by hand. After arriving at the shipment facility, orders are typically delivered within 2-15 business days depending on your location.
Canada: 2 – 10 business days
US: 3 – 10 business days
International: 4 – 75 business days (*international deliveries average 14 days)
Once your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our facility. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order, please email us at info@nonchalantsupply.com with your order number and we will get you an update as soon as possible
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We will happily accept the return or exchange of unopened products within 7 days of receipt. To initiate the return process, please email us at info@nonchalantsupply.com and let us know which item(s) you will be returning.
Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with this shipment. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.
Products to be returned/exchanged must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
You can cancel your order within 24hrs of placing the order. Please email us at info@nonchalantsupply.com to request the cancelation.
Refunds
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned product. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@nonchalantsupply.com with your order number and we will help you as soon as possible.
Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.
